Oliver edited one of the photos for his Digipak. I plan to do something similar with the black and white theme with the red or neon colours to represent our name Vivid.

Digipak Photos
On Wednesday, my group started to take photos for our digipaks. We decided to take photos of Tolani as our research into digipaks concluded that the artist is usually a main feature on it. We also took some photos of Tolami with props, such as a veil and tape. The veil has connotations of love which ties in with our theme whilst the red tape will be effective when editing the photos, I plan to make these photos black and white whilst keeping the tape red. This will reflect our artistic element of our idea. Below are some example shots.

Weekly Plan
This week, myself and my group plan to take pictures for our digipak on Wednesday, this is because the weather forecast is rain/potentially snowing which will make it challenging to film. We will film on Friday at London Southbank and Greenwich underpath, we will film during our media lesson.

Digipak Draft
Oliver made a example digipak to get an idea of matching colours and the design. Below is what he wrote about it.
'This is my own draft idea for my digipak. The elements I would want in it I have included on this piece. For example, bright pink and red lights, fonts and CD edges. The image on the front cover in black and white is the idea i'll try to convey throughout the whole digipak. The other images also therefore being black and white with pink/red edits. the only thing in full colour being the neon light images. These images are what i plan to capture when filming on location in Soho for example.'
Started Filming
Today we started to film. We filmed the opening scene for our music video which consists of Tolani lip synching the song. We filmed her lip synching the song in multiple different style of shots such as extreme close up, close up and mid shot.
We filmed in a classroom in front of a white screen. This basic, bland setting will contrast with our other filming locations which will have bright colours or be patterned, the focus in these shots is on Tolani as a result of it. For our set up we had the camera on a trip-pod and has four lights angled at Tolani.
